How on earth would AFC now get another fundraise away other than the usual massive discount to market price allowing Bonds mates to profit. Actually the way the share price is moving that is how it’s always moved prior to a fundraise. But what would said RNS say the funds would be used for ? To build the £27m order book ? 🤡🤡🤡🤡. If the £27m order book was real wouldn’t the recent fundraiser rather than saying ‘ rollout of initial Speedy Hydrogen Solutions' orders and, when placed, TAMGO orders’ would have said rollout of initial Speedy orders and other orders from the order book ? If you have other orders why would you use the money to build product to put on the shelf for a customer you may or may not receive an order from ? This is cast iron proof there are no other committed sales other than the £2m Speedy order.

Sorry CN, excluding the recent fundraise which is to accelerate building systems to ship to Speedy and put systems on shelves for TAMGO how much then do you estimate is left in the bank 6 months after the April interim results ?

Interim results there was £12m in the bank with a 6 month loss of £8m, that was in April, ignoring for a moment the most recent fundraiser (because that is to buy parts to put systems on shelves), that means there’s £4m left in the bank, or put simply 3 months running costs. It is therefore quite plain to see that the last fundraiser was to keep the lights on, and not to accelerate building units for Speedy and TAMGO

People have cottoned on that Bond exiting, the revenue target being downgraded, no sign of any units out on rental, is all leading up to a disastrous full year losses, followed by another fundraiser at a few pennies per share if they can get it away.
