Nanoco tech was in demand by apple in 2017 however apple went a different direction with the project at the time and cut four other suppliers was not just nanoco.

Nanoco is clearly well thought of and apple like their tech.

Now you got two execs about to turn up.

One again heavy linked with apple under his own company that sold for multiple billions. They supplied apple.

Now you have directors loading and some massive £2mil transactions occuring.

Funded to production and litigation payment and this is seen as risky by some PIs ? Hahhaa

Guess you didnt see PIs remortgage their houses for copl.

If any of them were sells it would absaloutely tanked the price. What arent people getting simple supply and demand mechanisms.

Do you know what MMs do ? They simply facilitate liquidity in the market i think mostly via automatic algorithms via computer. Unless something significant occurs and they need to go 'manual'.

In short once a order is filled often MMs are happy to let a stock 'run' because they are no longer needing to fill it with cheap shares.

Since 24th of april 2023 this has been sat in range of about 17p to 20p mostly. Which its now breaking.

When a large large sell goes through its always at a massive discount to the days sell price due to the risk MMs have to holding that amount of stock.

In reverse when a large large buy goes through its at a premium. The buy was ABOVE the mostly moving average since april time. I suspect it was a order placed at around the 17p area which could be as recent ad 24th December.

If you look at the volume profiling of nanoco since that date the volume has averaged maybe 500 to 750k a day (with one or two higher). Thats both buys and sells. So for MMs to fill that order they need to accumulate stock over a perioe of time. They will NOT want to fill it with stock at a price of 22p ect ect as it directly impacts their margins.

They will want to fill order with ad many cheaper sub 20p shares as possible.

Then once its filled.....

This is basic market mechanics of how MMs operate.

I got in earlier than the £2mil buyer. Because i see the outlook. Clearly as the buyer does oh and directors.

I can tell you its a buy. Easily by price paid. If it was a sell it would have tanked the price. It was likely a order placed at 17p area but due to size of order and how low volume has been has taken time to fill it.

At 20.10p there is absaloutely no way you could sell at that amount in two hits. Considering price action of last couple weeks.

If PIs are not able to see a funded to production. In demand tech thats been fought in court to protect this guy shows up with huge links to all the majors at a key point they have money.
