The wording of 'significant share holder value' still stands with the huge divi payout.

But no shares magazine said 500mil.

In future look at the disclaimers in the RNS and anyone with a basic understanding of court knows that pay settlements unless outside of court are not decided by either defendant or prosecution lawyers.

So theres no way BOD said we expect X amount.

What was in the RNS? i have watched many of them and at no point does he mention exact amounts likely to be won. He cant court decides that. Im well versed in court i can see he took legal advice basically saying 'take the payment'. Beating samsung in a game of smoke and mirrors on a balance of probability which civil court is was absaloutely the right decision. The PIs sold the news not the BOD.

Just seems a general lack of yep i take some responsibility.

Its good its done and over the inflection point is funded to production.

It simple to see that by paying out from the 40mil they line their own pockets too.

The only issue around the settlement was PI bought in on storys from shares magazine of 500mil.

The disclaimers are extremely clear in the RNS. This is not the bods fault its your own.

The settlement was a fantastic result for nanoco and PIs.

A 'pump' is unfactual information in the hope of miss leading PIs.

By posting research notes for the benefit of new interested investors is NOT a issue and its absaloutely fine to get marginally optimistic about it.
