Just because institutions buy in it doesn't automatically mean the company will be successful and that they bought in at the lowest price possible. Take EVRH for example. Oppenheimer fund bought in around 16p I believe last year. The price has hit lows of 2.5p after that.

That £52k delayed trade looks more like a sell. Look at other trades at that time and how the price suddenly drops.

Key point - Big Dish moved the year end from 31/12 to 31/03 thus they don't need to report financials until September.

Well that was exciting! A clear pump & dump. I believe the 40k trade was a sell around 11:00-12:00 today, hence the drop.

Chrishutch - with all due respect have you actually done any research on the company? CH leaving the company was the biggest red flag. How about 3B Facebooks views in March to 1B in May... explain the drop. It has disappeared off the leader board and sat around position 40!

'pile of cash' I believe they have lost substantial revenue and are burning through the cash as we speak. Now I am open to have my opinion changed however this my current view as it stands.

As tempting as this current share price is, it is too risky for me to buy at the same time of Woodford dumping.
Correct me if I'm wrong but Woodford's strategy is to take all AIM / unquoted stocks in his portfolio to zero and focus on FTSE 350 companies. DYOR

It looks like they are short of shares hence the premium paid on the £12k trade. Someone is prepared to pay more than current price to get volume.
