Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Yü Group PLC (AIM: YU.), the independent supplier of gas, electricity and water to the UK SME and Corporate sector, announces that copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are available to download from the Investors / Financial Reports section of the Company's website at www.yugroupplc.com.
The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 and Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders today. The AGM will be held at 11.00a.m. on Thursday 27 May 2021 at the head office of the Group, CPK House, 2 Horizon Place, Nottingham Business Park, Mellors Way, Nottingham, NG8 6PY.
The Group's Chairman would like to make the following statement in relation to the AGM:
The health of the Company's shareholders, as well as its employees, is of paramount importance. In view of the UK Government placing restrictions on travel and gatherings because of the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, shareholders are unlikely to be permitted to attend the AGM in person and attendance will be strictly reserved for specified individuals to ensure that the meeting is quorate to conduct the necessary business. The Board encourages shareholders to monitor the Company's website (yugroupplc.com/investors) and regulatory news services for any updates in relation to the AGM if this guidance changes. In the meantime, the Board encourages shareholders to submit their proxy form as early as possible by post or electronically as detailed in the notes to the notice of AGM and the proxy form.
Ordinarily, shareholders are entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and to exercise all or any of their rights to vote and to speak at the AGM instead of the shareholder. However, in view of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the Company is encouraging shareholders to appoint the Chairman as their proxy (either electronically or by post) with their voting instructions as shareholders or their proxies are unlikely to be allowed to attend the AGM in person. The deadline for doing this is set out in the notes to the notice of AGM and the proxy form.
In anticipation of the continued restrictions on attendance, shareholders can submit questions for the Board in advance of the AGM by email to AGM@yugroupplc.com. The Board will endeavour, where appropriate, to answer such questions by publishing responses on the Company's website as soon as practical after the AGM.
The Company is taking these precautionary measures to safeguard its shareholders' and employees' health and make the AGM as safe and efficient as possible in these unprecedented times.

Very quick turnaround indeed.
Still have the 100 acre land bank..
Because there isn't an institution unloading millions of shares and depressing the share price.

Debt way too high and will take years to recover and that's no guarantee.
Cinema's may not be like they were pre COVID - Severe impact on revenues.

Well engineered drop, Monday 12/04.
How it dropped to 35. Then bounce up to 37.
Granted the overall market was down but very suspicious.
Expecting to see decrease in short positions over the coming weeks.

Just over £40M market cap is a joke.
I see the sale as a very positive move. Anything to reduce that debt pile. Massive upside from here.
No need for another rights issue for now..
Predictions on ASX open price?
Only a slice of that.. 100k
