Just had a top up here as its kind of a no brainier. Why would helium provide a loan if it thought it was risky?? I can see a non-listed company (RTO) with a bigger market cap taking the opportunity to list on the market. This is a very good entry point. GLA hope we all make our millions from these penny stock!

I don't actually think there is a time limit? Could be wrong but from what I remember from another aim share it carried on even though they didn't have an investment. With regards to connection with Coms I can't see anything but surely David Breith sees something as he increased his holding only recently. Im also invested in another company called COMS IT and TELECOMS results due soon, acquisitions fully completed synergies utilised and ready to take off. They are in a high growth market a provide cloud, telecoms.Complete different beast to action. DYOR

Just checked the balance sheet fo action and looks like its quite debt heavy. Any interest rate rises will have detrimental effect considering the country it operates in doesn't have very much stability. Also done a gearing ratio and its over 50% which seems really high for a company this size. From experience high debt with no profits usually leads to disasters. Can anyone with a bit of knowledge shed some light on this?
