As for that i keep hearing that there is no way the Quisling bill will pass the vote, im not so sure, i can see a whole lot of the MP's abstaining and sitting on the fence so they can be seen to be 'impartial' to whatever the result of the vote is, makes the mathmatics much closer. I think this is top of Quisling Mays hope for list.

like to find we have a real 'leader' somewhere in the politicsl system of our country that actually would flip up the middle finger and stop this embarrasment after the previous 2,5 years of capitulating, im not holding my breath.

The undeniable truth is the political morons all,have there noses in the UK trough, some the EU trough and they are all to dishonourable to do what they were put in place to do, namely carry out the will of the electorate who voted.

My own thoughts are that this capitulation plan will get voted through in the HOC, as to many MP's havent got the guts brains and decency to stand up for what was voted for and actually get us out of the EU properly, sitting on a fence is a UK pastime it seems.

What makes me laugh and cross in equal measures is that people think that during the 'transition period' the same trough snouters will be able to come to a trade agreement with the stallers in the EU and so avoid the backstop insurance BS. Make no mistake this is never going to happen and we'll be trapped in forever, so no brexit at all.

Ironically, allowing us to leave properly would give the UK a taste of such a pie, to make a success of it or not, and if it went south, or in future years the population democraticaly decided then they could always apply to rejoin, better maybe to try than to not.

quite correct if your asking what you want for tea or something equally easy to decide. its far from that simplistic when dealing with such a mamouth amount of variables as in this case, particularly when the people who you dealing with are intentionaly out to obstruct you to keep you trapped in, and the person negiotiating on your behalf doesnt realy agree with the task at hand either.

We were presented with an option as i recall, the question was very clear - in or out. Out was chosen, its the political BS way that this has been handled that has created mayhem. There was absolutely no way on earth the government could make it perfectly clear prior to the vote as to what would occur, as most of it is outside of their control and dependant upon how the other side cooperated and worked to acheive it - which they havent. That is the problem and the root cause.

trouble with investing is it is all just educated guesswork. im down north of £45k with glen (be is 400) so i should be crying in my tea cup. the reality is im not as i realise shares go,up and down and sometimes you make incorrect calls. Such is life and wont be my first goof up. To play the game you either take it on the chin or adjust your strategy. Normally im a long term holder so will,just revert to type and wait for the inevitsble climb back up, taking the divi on the way. Patience is normally an investers best friend.

The only regret here i have is that JMO is no longer around, found his chart skills and simplist explanations really interesting and was looking to learn from the guy, hence the name on here, He was spot on with most of his predictions, sad to see the morons on the lloy bb drove him away, some right tools on the bb.
