I think old doomster has an inflated opinion of himself as being the object of some interest, rather than just the ridicule he courts from all, after his appaling record of non 'predictions'.

Now, we all know, of course, that that is the kiss of death, and indeed there has been substantial decline in the sp since his utterence, but it does look as though we have our first 'stock to avoid'.
