Firstly, you dont know my investment portfolio at all, you just make wild assumptions. That is not a wise or accurate position to take.
I do however wonder why you are so 'pro' an airline engine manufacturer (i know they are also in other areas) yet you troll me across airline stocks and are ridiculusly negative in that area? You have spent months stating rya at 8 euros, for example. Its now 15 euros.

The only logical conclussion can be that yesterdays drop was due to people missunderstanding what wasnt actually being 'announced' yesterday thinking a 7.8 billion sized box of 'silver bullets' had been found waiting. Which of course it hasnt.

Troajan, completely agree. Everything is cyclical and goes round and round in circles, in favour one second then out the next, bubbles and bursts etc is typical behaviour, picking the right timing is the key bit.

Living in the backside of nowhere down here in Cornwall i picked up on the logistic issues of shipping the vaccine around the UK, given the need to keep it at -80.
Its not like you can pop it in a refridgerated Tesco van and drive it about, and i dont imagine for a second that we have fleets of specialist vehicles to complete this task. Maybe Boris needs to waste a load more money ordering a few from China or something.
Dont think the alternative of shipping people to vaccine centres would be too easy either without creating more of the problem they wish to resolve.
Human nature is to grab at a magic pill i suppose, and today showed that in spades, just wont be that easy and im personally pleased that Biden/Boris etc tried to put the herds brakes on a bit.

Different businesses entirely to a vaccine producing pharma like Pfizer.
Todays news was exactly what the world wanted to hear in terms of something to counter covid (although it is still yet to be peer reviewed and examined further by regulators), so a major reaction to the headline news based on herd reaction.
