Glens reporting (quantities) generally have been declining over recnt updates, with one or two exceptions, i've mentioned this before on here as it does seem unhelpful, particularly with rising demand, but that certainly hasnt dampened the sp of late.

No divi tax applicable to the 'payment' as it is trchnically a return of your own capital 'from reserves' that the company holds.
Yes, you do subtract the 'returned capital' from your base price, as in effect you purchased the shares cheaper by the value returned. Its like a refund of your own stake money as such.

It is definately a capital return as per RNS, so irrelevent for divi tax, but reduces base purchase cost for CG tax, if not in a tax wrapper.

Its very repetative and boring and everybody is sick of the constant repatition, we are all capable of forming our own opinions on such matters and dont need your constant ramming down throats of your personal theories. How many more times.
