Typically (laat time this happened) your broker eg Barclays will notify you. And you will pledge an amount of cash against your subscription . Barclays will take your subscription and then days or a week later tell you what you got and then refund you the difference. The last time this happened i subscribed to £20k( not expecting to get 100%) gave barclays the cash in my trafing acc and i ended up with 100%at 20p....

Fyi i havent shorted. Maybe i should have . But i do have a strong belief in this Company. Its a personal opinion thats all. Equally i will be very happy if in the next week or so they have it tied up. My famil, friends an i have allot tied up here and we are all lth. That will remain, it would be nice though ro get some confidence, a new stable sp even mid to high 20s and crack on with building .all be it with potential further delays in construction its always the case.

I still think theres an option the confirmation could be delayed, this will have a neg impact on sp.
Or they will say they have mid term finance agreed and st2 step1 form ..
Equally this is all just up in the air thinking by someone who has 400k shares now and a bit nervous.. but ive always been a lth. 2009..

I think perhaps you misunderstood.
It was a genuine question, I hold more than 300k shares here and have done since 2009.
it is a genuine possibility one which I wouldn't like but one which perhaps is possible.
as is you trying to understand what people are saying without being childish

what happens if we get a Brexit type response.?
Ie no update or a "soft update" at the end of April or before causing a delay further all be it this delay couldn't go on much longer than June / July. OR they have additional funding for another 6 months from their investor(s) and will update on ST2 funding then?

Aside from SP off a cliff, could they carry on? de-list (temporarily) or other?

Well having bought at 25p to add to my total holding now nearly 400k shares... i wish i had waited.. ah well....keep the days ticking the end of the month is ah coming .. i will be either v happy or v sad.

End of April is stated, however for them.to er Pause the existing approach suggests to me they are far down the road of the new approach if its to conclude by the end of April..
Stb though, some people between yesterday and prob today will have made a load of cash :)

Surely, Gina (thats her name right?) From Australia would be concerned with the current SP? And if that concern didnt result in some action then presumably (the mother of all f ups) her professional confidence is still present. At this SP i would be very surprised if the company wasnt attractive to some rich Arab who has the ability to take a sizable chunk..afterall our buildings, football clubs and other such great British works tend to end up being owned by them so why not?

Can anyone shed some light on why this has seen a cliff? This is terrible, do you guys / girls think it will return?
