What I can't understand is, if they could not make a success of what appeared to be a slam-dunk (captive market/limitless product) situation,, why would anybody have any faith in their ability to deliver on any new business? Especially given that, after countless years of effort and expense, all they had to show was a **** heap, a broken down excavator (fancy name for back-hoe) and a decrepit wash plant???
