Great results indeed. I too am disappointed and surprised by the small (5%) increase to the divi. Given their recent move to NYSE, I would have expected a more generous payout as US institutions tend to react more positively to such increases. But, having said that, I would still expect more upside this year as CRH gets more traction by their inclusion into the major US indexes.

Yes, they have traded on NYSE as an ADR for many years, I believe their full listing came into effect on or around Seot. 20th when they delisted from the ISEQ.

Nothing that I can see, very light volume; may be something to do with repositioning after exit from ISEQ before M/E. A few of sector players (e.g VMC etc) were down heavily in US yesterday. CRH in US today seems to be trading normally today

The second I took to be rhetorical, but if pushed I would have answered with a resounding 'YES' (spread over many years.

I will humbly suggest that it matters hugely, as GreenWolf says the total lack of rules policing that goes on with AIM shares would be laughable if it wasn't borderline criminal. The number of "wide-boys" and charlatans gaming the current system would make a prison warden blush and the fact that someone like you, who habitually complains of non-transparent, inaccurate and downright un-truthful RNS's , would ask such a question highlights (to me) the core of the problem.

My reading of the release dated 21/01/22 is that Tavira Securities Limited ("Tavira") is broker to the Company but Brandon Hill is 5.9% shareholder.; how does that imply that the broker to the Company is a shareholder?
