My concern is that Vlad will be very reluctant (understandably) to sell his IP too cheaply and with the current SP and market cap, he’s not got much (any?) leverage…

If there are no sales, it will definitely go lower. Why wouldn’t it. They have nothing apart from cash burn and great technology that nobody wants
