I love this made up narrative of “BOD fans” versus the brave critics . Truth is that everyone is aware of how slow it’s been and how complicated. I never bought the story that Peter would rush in and clean up the “mess” left by Jason with immediate results . That’s a fantasy spun by those who want to blame Jason and now Peter for their own bad investments. Peter will find the same issues with the other partners that Jason had but hopefully he is putting specific resources and personnel to chase down the signatures . I’m agnostic about board . @VINCE72 but MSC are the ones who have signed the binding agreement with us . That’s not foot dragging . It’s the other parties in the now 4 way agreement who we are waiting on .

IR replied to my email: "The main reason for the recent 1-year extension was that the original agreement was signed over 6 years ago, and large companies such as Nouryon have legal procedures to redraft such agreements over 5 years old with their latest T&C's, rather than renew. As it was not possible to get this redraft completed in time, it was decided jointly to sign a limited extension for the year, with the intention that the new agreement will be drafted during 2026 in good time for renewal in November."
