I don't think they need a sales team right now, the distributors will do their thing and schurter/capxx engineered products are next, schurter's salespeople will be doing the selling, guaranteed.
Lars said he'd changed the company from licencing to sales and revenue.
They've the ability to upscale production significantly, 52mil out of sevenhils, then Malaysia then China. Why set that up if you don't expect that level of growth? They've set it up to grow exponentially.
