mean while vlrm shares are lower each day/week there is 7 more conversions left to do that is a massive lot of shares . most days there is a sale of 100000 at the end of the day so this could go on for 4 /5 months. each time at a lower price so the shares do not have a chance to rise there is not a queue to buy even at this price. no one trusts the management (ONLY THE TELEGRAM GROUP) as they only deliver empty promises

the daily 100000 sale has just gone through at 4.875p they do this most days because the G S X purchase was delayed by upto 3 months they will be in a rush to do the last 7 conversions in the time available to get there money out

what a absolute disaster this share has turned out to be. FACT 1 we are at a new low every week FACT 2 there are 7 more share conversions left which stops the shares price rising FACT 3 we have upto 3 more months to complete the G S X purchase FACT 4 this share will not be anywhere near this price by then it will probably be 1 or 2 p no one can disagree with any of the above facts every share holder is losing money in this share i doubt that the price will ever recover i do hope that i am wrong it is a total mess the way this company is run by the management

LC95 each time they raise money it is at a lower rate than the last time so they have to issue more and more shares each time this is the main cause of the share price collapse if they do another shares raise to buy the G S X this will cripple the share price as they will have to issue a massive amount of shares it is a never ending situation (no one can disagree with that fact) they can not just keep issuing shares as we could soon be at 1p then what next

5p to sell now still only 3/4 more months to go then no money left so it will possibly be the end of vlrm what we all keep seeing every week is a new low there is no hope for all the long suffering shareholders the share price is sinking to fast

i find that strange issued 11280 shares in subsidary at £6.25 per share it is a 100 /1 x normal shares price. these shares will not be listed very confusing

there is not the slightest chance in the world of the G S X completing in the 1st quarter 2023 (tomorrow) there is no trust in what the management say or do.if there was then the share price would have be rising slightly every day/week this month. but it did not instead it has gone to new lows every week every month new shares are issued (7 MORE LOTS TO GO )that should make sure that the management get paid this year what a massive con this company have pulled off why are they allowed to legally rob share holders with false promises

well i have got to admit it the telegram group have done a outstanding brilliant job to defend this wonderful share and possibly getting more investors to buy. they reassured people how good this company really is and to wait and wait and wait for the good news that is due by the end of march. any body calling this share rubbish was soon shot down by them at least if or when this share goes bust peterpan will not have a job as chief ramper

there is not the slightest chance of this firm delivering anything EVER . 7 more lots of share conversions will stop the price rising it is a very bad way that the management arranged this loan as it keeps the shares price low the only people to benefit are the management who are still getting paid for all there hard work THERE WILL BE NO NEWS DUE BY FRIDAY

100000 just sold at 5.75 this is a new all time low this firm will be bankrupt shortly if this continues at this rate of decline

this firm is absolutely unbelievable how are they allowed to get away with this farce no news yet it was supposed to complete the G S X takeover in the 1st quarter of this year the only news we get is more shares issued every month if they have not got the funding then let the long suffering share holders know. news due in 2 weeks is all we ever get from the rampers the management still get paid yet this company is going no where ever it is all a massive con job

k3nty it makes sense to merge the two companies as this would cost money to do. they could then have a cash call to fund this i am sure all the share holders would chip in .as they are simply the best management you could wish to have
