When might an update be given and how long will drilling take if spudding was on 12 August?
With so much happening it will be useful to have the June half year results and report by the end of September. AGL have already said they will not provide FDA communication updates but there are numerous other developments that an update would give reassurance to investors. At least SP has moved up closer to last placing price of 116p. Potential still looks significant especially if prostate cancer opportunity takes off.
Followed this for some time. Bought some on the latest dip and significant fall since high in April. Trading update for y/e due later this month and ABD might be a takeover target.
Previously Cora advised that samples were sent weekly so news should be soon. A few sells today pushed SP down although my buy at 12.07 for 18p shows as a sell.
I don't like to refer to someone as idiot when clearly they aren't! Anyway thank you 441 for keeping small shareholders on this BB informed. Look forward to a number of things - GM happening, new board, more dynamic company going forward, better and regular updates and RNS with new TR1 holdings. Look forward too to next presentation with the new strategic plan.
RNS today on Germany and Austria gives more substance to company progress but without some idea of revenue generation it is not something to get too excited about. There might have been an uptick in SP but there are other opportunities with more going on.
Full year results will be important and with a better idea of when the company will be profitable there may be more interest. DNL are well funded for the present. Mcap reflects some of the potential but there is a long way to go to get sales, revenue and profit high enough to justify a big SP rise. One to slowly build a position perhaps.
Shares Mag tips tend to do well and an reasonable depth plus review of financials suggests potential is good. Bought 10k shares @53p showing as a sell. With more research may add.
The well is expected to reach total depth in August, at which point Block will provide a further update. Surely the BoD will announce the outcome promptly and not play games by delaying the RNS.
Hopefully the political risk and uncertainty following election is now much reduced.
SP will likely remain in 8p - 9p range pending further news. More collaborations and MTAs would boost the SP pending further news on what was said in today's RNS.
Agreed it is reassuring to hear from a major shareholder (6%) and if there is backing from others the resolution could be passed. This should not have too much disruption to work in progress as in the two main assets PXEN are junior partners.
The intention to grow the company sounds good but with Mcap £4m it might only be achieved by taking on large debt and dilution. Need to see in more detail the intentions and plans of the new board.
Good update on progress and future timelines. It would have been even better to hear that N4P are still in dialogue with parties on additional MTAs as mentioned in May update.
At least more news is expected in next 1 - 2 months so not so long to wait.
Quite positive to have H1 results relatively early so hoping for positive update.
DEST have already stated that discussions have commenced with potential licensing partners so that could be announced sooner if progress is made. They need partners for phase 3 so it is expected that announcements will be made in H2 to enable P3 to happen in 2022.
With G7 statement in June this is an area where support and more active progress is possible.
As ONC's financial year (FY) runs from 31 May their Q1 is to 31 August so yes I expect contract news this month. However nothing is guaranteed.
Trek,
To get the SP up again will require some specific news such as achieving a good volume of test sales and additional contracts completed & signed for Immunoinsights. Really need to show material progress in their numerous endeavours with significant revenue. Patience should be rewarding because there is potentially a lot more to come but it is frustrating when not enough is actually achieved yet in contract completion and revenue generation. I added a few but 40k shares is my limit.
Investors should re-read the June update which summarises what is coming in next nine months. First news on additional contract completions is due by 31 August.
More evidence to support the important value in using this test. Also encouraging that "Oncimmune is in ongoing discussions to this end with healthcare providers across the UK and further afield."
Hopefully the benefits and saving of lives will mean adoption of the test on a wide scale.
Also hoping for more news soon on other developments and collaborations.
Thank you bunion for pointing this out. Silly mistake but I have a dozen other minor miner holdings on AIM and it has been exasperating to see SPs drop on small volumes. I appreciate there has been a drop due to commodities price falls but I still do not understand the degree of volatility especially on the main market. BMV is my largest miner but frustrating due to the time it's taken to get Southern Gold sorted out and then suggesting six months for a prospectus when they've issue two in recent years. Doesn't make sense and a more dynamic can do attitude is needed from the company.
With today's announcement and director buy yesterday, we can be more confident that a heavily discounted fund raise is not imminent! Still hoping new CEO will be able to move things forward more quickly or at least push the senior partners in two main projects to move more quickly.
Six months results, which will presumably include an update, are due on 30 September so about six weeks away. Re-reading the information on AGL website and RNSs confirms the potential and more news due likely in Q4. With SP drift down on many AIM stocks in recent weeks, it is difficult to know the best time to buy and timing is a bit of a lottery. Decided to buy a few at this price to continue to build a position. Purchase of 3k at 9.00 shows as a sell but 104p seemed a good step.
Five sells of about 500k shares and SP drops 6%. It happens with many small companies. Pricing methodology on AIM stinks!
