George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
I said last October that A black would take this private for £1 , how silly of me, more like 10p now, l also said this is a private money box for all directors and this proves it. Sold out all my holding around 70p, very lucky , the day Ian sale walked or was pushed this shower have run the company like a bunch of 10 year olds, even ****sed off g&s , that's not going to help with feed stocks.
Good luck to any one still holding and the same if buying in, this scenario has happened to me twice before on aim not again.
Well there we have it ,same old story, poor management by Colin and his boys once again, can see 50p on the way .
I think the update needs to be amazing to spur this share up to the numbers there in-house brokers are quoting ,
Chris coming back all well and good ,but are we paying him silly money again, the rns was exactly the same statement as 3 months ago, have sold a large chunk of my holding since they screwed us to top up there piggy bank, put the money into tw. Only holding 1k worth so not really worried what update brings.
Over the last few days halifax will not let any trades in hyr go thru, buys or sells, keep saying service in these shares unavailable, if any one still holding is it the same on other platforms. Or have we been well and truly been shafted by the good Lord and his side kicks, where is all the good news we were promised.
Just having a rant as a bit pissed off with aim shares.
Well that did not go to plan, only 42%.
Aim- Another Investor Mugged.
The loans are interest free and fee free as well, the bridging loan is to clear all known debts and to be repaid upon receiving placement monies, which has raised 15.7 million. I do think they could have gone for about £1 a share, but agree with others the investor's do want to have there cake and eat it.
Well on my open offer it states,as there will be fewer shares in circulation after the consolidation the price can increase significantly, yeah and pigs might fly, not having a good week this week on these lovely offers still hold a few cake shares as well, think I will leave the offer alone and wait for this nice rise Halifax have promised me, strange how yesterday appox 13million buys no movement ,today 4 million sells down we go.
I think I got lucky here sold out all but a very few about 4 weeks ago at 455 after buying at average of 290,took the profits and put into tw. I just thought with all the doom and gloom over brexit it seemed like a logical move, I still think this is a good company and will wait to see outcome of suspension before getting back in.
So the good Lord was excited about the news that lay ahead for shareholders, shafting us for 45% drop,,in share price whilst having already lined up all these companies with a nice discount, this stinks and seems somewhat misleading,I think within 2 years Mr black will take this for £1 as part of his slicker group, the name says it all .
41% discount, no wonder I could not sell any of my holding thru Halifax on friday, shafted by a gambler and his side kicks, should have read the warning signs long ago.
15-45, again on friday, to tell us next week??
I think the board have gone on there holidays and forgotten to tell us about the review they completed last week, maybe slip it out again Friday when no one looking.
Been working fine for me, and I am up in the mountains of cyprus at the moment,
Is it a good buy, or is it good bye.
HI all, anyone have any thoughts on oil price rise, this time last year approx $40 per barrel ,now almost $75 per barrel and rising, our share price going the other way, even without extra feedstock this must improve the margins on what they are selling, last time oil was this high we were around 8p a share , I don't expect to see that again but if oil stays this high for some time surley share price will rise, let's hope on next update we have some improvement, if not May as well just give the keys to Mr black and lock up.
I cannot see price dropping for much longer, special divi to be paid on 13 July, mine 2k goes straight back in to tw, At this rate I am getting well over 10% on next year's divis, price has shown these same drops in June July for last few years, I wonder how many people have dividend reinvestment plan?.
AGM next week ,maybe some news on feedstock, new CEO, or anything really to help us out of the doldrums.
HI all, just thinking that if Mr black took Aivista oil uk off their hands for a nominal sum because it was loss making, Surely he would have tried to strike a deal as to Aivista USA supplying us with some feedstock, they do state on website that they have logistics in place for collection and delivery from Ohio to Florida. Just my thoughts or maybe wishful thinking.
