I've been invested in HCM for 10 years, some of their trials have taken in excess of 8 years to get through Phase 1, 2, and 3 and subsequent launch. A typical trial takes 2 - 3 years for each phase and there are 3 phases. There will be accelerated approvals here and priority review, and it will probably be classified as a medical device as it is inhaled but even so this is a long term investement.

The lucky Option holder has exercised their options at 15p, 50p and 35p, so that's what they have paid, new equity has been issued accordingly

It appears the overhang has held the share price back, once that is cleared, based on recent trading, we should see a steady uplift
