Seen these numerous times over the decades. In PAA Parallel Media somebody paid 40pp for a private subscription when shares were 5p, shares got to around 17p and next day they were under 10p...never did get any higher company delisted now

So a £2.5 mil investment should add £60 mil to the market cap

Well maybe if he stopped posting rubbish. The existing market cap was too high at 3p for the existing shares to trade at 20p.

If the market cap was say £1 mil and they got £2.5 mil at 20p then it would have got to 12-15p but because it was already £7 mil before the news it's too big a jump to trade near 20p...I've said my bit..the pumpers will all sell and vanish soon anyway

It's just laughable you turn up on every spike posting complete nonsense fonzi. I'd love to know your thought process that tells you to buy a stock after it's spiked 100% but refuse to buy any stock when it's unchanged and good value.

Market cap before the news £7 mil, market cap at 8p =£16-17 mil, increase of of £10 mil for a £2.5 mil investment. At 20p it would be a £38 mil increase in value for just a £2.5 mil increase in cash, yes long term the deal offers great potential but for the pump and dumpers it's no good because they want a instant profit and I doubt the mm's will let them have it

You do not understand how it works market cap is £17 mil after the jump, it cannot jump to 20p because that would be a 45 million market cap all because of a £2.5 mil investment.

That is why the price will not rise much more, the jump in market cap more than offsets the investment amount.

Fonzi, the price will not trade anywhere near 20p because it's a private funding, pi's are paying 100-200% higher than what the mm's were offering prior to the news they are the winners

Even when I was a novice I was still not stupid enough to buy something like this. Either administration or a highly dilutive placing for a company that will still go bust 6 months down the line and people chased it up 50%+....crazy markets and more crazy people playing it

Traders market, if it starts to move they all pile in again for a quick buck. Not many people gambling in this market for the big bucks which is understandable giving the drops some stocks are seeing on bad news.

Exactly, it's the worst example of this game, high salaries and financial reward for delivering nothing. They get funding it will be gone before the year is out and it starts all over again, it's never been a viable business. I hope nobody gives them the money and will be surprised if they do survive ...for a few more months

Why bother though, this is not a business it will never make money, raise money to pay people a fancy raise for delivering nothing year after year. It needs to go bust and vanish from the market because it's a bad egg one of the worst if not the worst every stock to trade on the markets in terms of losses and cash raised and burned, the dilution would be stupid, say at 0.02p they raised £5 million even I cannot work out how many zillion of shares that would be.

Mellon is clever, rather than chase the price up he patiently gets his millions when pi's lose patience and sell now and again, it's slow progress but every now and again somebody does sell out around 1.52p and if mm with the order gets 500k or a 1 mil they pass it to him for a small profit. He could get another 5% at this rate without the price even moving

Because he sees value and this is trading well below NAV so he'll just carry on with a mm sitting on 1.5p bid and mop up whatever he can scraps here and there until the word gets out but atm not many pi's are buying. I did because I agree with him, hoping for a nice special dividend or a sale of all assets and return of cash etc etc

Go and add up all the funding they have burned through in the last 10 years and ask yourself where does all the money vanish too....bit like all the Vape shops on every street !

It's not impossible to do a TRAK which went from 1.5p to 9.5p on a bid.

If a sale RNS's lands...still nervy times but little downside from here and unlimited upside

Clearing 4p is the key and it's currently NT at 4p with 2 mm's left for 50000 each.
