A good update from ECK but did you noticed them say they expect net cash to end up around £1.1 mil so little FLX worth just £4 mil next to £100 mil of ECK has way more cash.

Given the price action today and the drift it will be a worked sale probably from placing so nice profit for them.

I love it how posting the truth about a company makes you a deramper and a basher. People get what they deserve for paying stupid premiums this morning just days after a massive 0.7p placing

I present my posts with facts. Any progress this company makes will be offset by constant and huge dilution. The market cap has already jumped to £15 mil so there is not much value left atm and they will just raise more money if people continue to pay such huge premiums to the placing prices. I bet the Vendors cannot believe their luck. 99% of stocks do a placing and the price trades 2-5% above and then trades under but in Vast a whole mass of pi's pile in and give them a lovely 100% profit so they will probably ring Andrew and say any time you want more we'll give you the dosh so long as mugs keep chasing this up way higher.

Ask him how long before the next placing or why when he said they will never place again they have had several, also ask him do the mines actually exist. Perhaps you should have your next holiday in Romania and double check there is a mine and if you see the signs go inside and see if one is operating because there is a lot of money that keeps getting raised that seems to vanish into thin air year after year.

I've been trading for 30 years and I have never seen another stock constantly go to the market for money and lots of it and all of seems to vanish into thin air, even a producing but loss making mine would not burn through the cash Vast does. "Peanuts"...£7 mil ? Can you not read a RNS casper. 1.22 billion shares soon to be in issue, that is around £15 mil market cap, the market cap was £1 mil not long ago and has increased 15 fold. And the funding will never stop with this stock. I still question if Vast have a mine at all or they pretend to because it's amazing how quickly they go through cash and then place and raise again and again. Scam for me

Happens everywhere. The actual bid at the time was 11.4p so if they sold 25000 or 37500 whichever bid it was at the time then sold the rest at say 11.1-11.2p they could have saved £100 from the loss. This market is full of idiots and the sooner they all go skint the better. Now at times I dread seeing buys in my stocks because half the time they sell again the same day for a loss, why do people bother?

Since the internet arrived and I can safely say this is the worst ramping I have ever seen and this is 22 years+ including the dot com boom.

Some people are utterly shameless in the pursuit of money. Not one of them is telling you all this dilution has seen a explosion in the market cap of Vast.

Meanwhile add all this mass dilution to the market cap especially with people paying double the placing price, one born every minute and the market cap has ballooned in the last 4 weeks. Perhaps at £2 mil market cap one could argue it was worth a punt but what is the market cap now...£15 mil ? 20 mil...for this company that never delivers, most overvalued stock on AIM

Again I'll ask the question. For me this company remains one of the worst scams on Aim. I cannot believe how many people would pay 3 times+ the funding price time and time again. 0.27p and people paying 1p. Remember all money raised at sub 0.3p instantly adds treble to the market cap if the price remains at 0.8p or over. If all conversions went through and the price remained this high the market cap would jump so where is the value. Vast could go from a £1 mil low market cap where I could agree there is a value punt option to £20-30 mil where there is zero value.

Did you read their interim results Noel. " Falanx expects this to start benefitting the next
financial year" so that is this year Noel not last or year before. I mean give them a chance. I bought in recently and I see a growing company backed with a lot of cash and to me it looks great value. Like 99% of stocks atm they are being dragged in this bear market where buyers are few and far between unless they suddenly jump 20% then everybody wants to buy in. Remember all the buying when it spiked to 1p and 1.1p recently. The only cloud is Amati overhang, when that goes or finds a new home I think this will double quickly. I think you are known as a stale bull, you hold but have been in so long you tend to post more negative than positive. I'm like that in Ovb where it will be a 3 year hold soon and price still has gone nowhere although I have traded a couple of 100% spikes so cannot complain.

If I was advising the board I would tell them to trade the shares. So every time Block goes on a good run sell loads, if it keeps going higher sell more because I'm pretty sure if they hold their nerve they will get the chance to buythem back a lot cheaper on all these huge swings in the price. Instead they just hold them which to me seems pointless. Either sell them on a good run and invest in a new business or return the cash or trade them. They closed around 84 which is well off the lows of the week. Price is around 14-16p below the NAV too but that means little as they never trade anywhere near the NAV but they should not be this much difference.
