I wonder if there is a trade here purely on people taking stock to try and win the votes in their favour. The directors surely are aware of this plot so they would have to pile in to protect their own jobs, others will buy in or more to vote them out so you might get a good squeeze soon.

Derampers seems to be everywhere atm, but then bear markets with so few buyers around it's easier to deramp than ramp

I will attempt to contact the company this week and ask if they intend to put out some kind of update because at all time low and trading below last reported cash they should be saying something especially as I believe nothing is wrong...I hope

I can deramp bad stocks like warning people in Vast when it was over 2p they should get out and the valuation was nuts and it's tanked since but I'd not deramp a stock where the sum of it's parts looks to be a potential 4-5 times more than the current price, that is a dangerous game to play.

I'd be more interested in who is selling to let people buy such size. Mind you when they clear this will probably add 15-20p in a day if it stays this low considering they were fall overthemselves to pay 155-165p a few weeks ago

Deramping seems to be working, one mm left at 0.75p but they are dropping on next to nothing in a market devoid of buyers, perhaps the directors could start buying again but perhaps after news as that will come first

I've been buying at 0.45p offer (495k was mine), seems sum of parts is over 5 times the current price, I can see why long termers are ****ed but anybody in now is getting some very fair value

Just to point out it's not me selling today, if just one pi wants out of a dead stock in this market they can do serious damage to the price. A good time for nibbles but there's no investors anymore to buy up the value

We'll I'm happy, I'll keep buying £20 notes everywhere for £5, this market is throwing up some right bargains and they should recover in time. Impossible to buy now at 0.45p, cannot even get a quote for 25,000

Are you all disgruntled because you bought in at multiple of the current price ?

Because I have totted up the current assets and then factor in yesterday's news and the NAV is 5 times+ the current valuation. Is there any debt or convertable debt ?

For anybody buying now it's great value but understand the views of stale holders who are down a lot in this stock, your mindset does flip to negative all the time

They must know the full year numbers by now so there's been no warnings so as far as I'm aware it's business as normal.
Agree they could do more pr. Perhaps a acquisition, they could even get took over themselves as a buyer would like the fact they have so much cash on the books.

Some buyers really have zero patience. Why would you buy 857k at 0.55p then sell it the same day at the lowest price 0.4075p, just exactly what are you going to put that money in, another decimal stock moving up with a wide spread only to do exactly the same sell for a loss because it is almost 99% certain you cannot beat the mm's in this bear market day trading penny stocks.

Little drops now followed my a massive recover spike. You could sell now at 103p see it go to 100p and think phew I did the right thing then in a flash it's back to 120p. There's probably thousands that sold the spike wanting to get back in who are loving these dips, the smart money is nibbling now sub 105p just in case it suddenly shoots up out of nowhere

I bought a few million today, I know little about the company but thought it would hit 1p so to get a few at 0.5p I'm happy with but if the regulars say you have to vote against the deal then I will follow their lead and do the same

Not that dire for CMB, maybe it's time people shop avoiding stocks because it's "Zimbabwe". They are happy to pile into Prem with that dodgy George Roach at the helm.
Crazy low valuation here. You do not come across many stocks worth sub £1.7 mil with £1.1 mil cash out Zimbabwe, cash in Zimbabwe, profitable business's making £200k in 6 months, properties worth millions too which are up for sale at the right price. The overall penny markets are tumbling but this is the best value stock on all my monitors.

Just checked and it's 0.834p to buy so 2 buys today showing as sales, in this market you take any buys as a brucy bonus.

For me the company since I bought have done nothing wrong, we are in the worst bear market for penny stocks since I have been trading which is well over 20 years, there's not many investors left and traders will not touch dead stocks so many stocks have been drifting and if you are a bear then it's very easy to score points the same way the rampers did in mid 2020 when everything went nuts. Unless FLX issue a reason to sell I'm not going to sell this low, as far as I'm concerned it's business as normal with a cash balance close to or matching the current valuation as a nice support.

Not much stock about 500k at 0.65p or 250k at 0.64p, it could spike but there's not many buyers around either in this market
