After watching it rise at the end of the last couple of days, I decided last night to average down. I caught most of the rise so im happy for now aerial. Long may it continue as Havas and OMD are huge players in this field. For us to have entered partnerships with both speaks volumes

If that critical thinking and risk analysis doesnt play a part when doing your research into investing in Africa then you are ignoring a major factor into why the developing world struggles to gain any forward social momentum. Greed and war are the blight of developing Africa and whilst you have Presidents of even the most developed African nation, President Zuma of South Africa allegedly embezzling $billions then its a concern in all other, less regulated African States. So, with that in mind yes im invested in HUm, yes im ecstatic about seeing the mine in production, but im also acutely aware that in Africa things can change in an instant and so I have an exit strategy in place just in case. If you havent then thats your choice, im here to make money. To do that you have to manage risk and this is, like January said is a possibility and is at the back of many peoples minds. As a fully qualified Master Mariner and having sat my Board of Trade exams for Ship Stabiity, I can concur that the turret plate as fitted will need removing prior to final sea trials and FMEA testing which will need to be conducted before going on station. The plate will be removed in Rotterdam in readiness. This temporary plate will have been added for all of the reasons mentioned in this post so far. It will protect pipework/steelwork in the moonpool en route from any unecessary damage due to the pitching of the vessel. It will increase the reserve buoyancy of the AM, so she will indeed be at lower draft which will help when transitting Sewage (Suez) and it'll stop any silt churned up during the transit from again damaging or impacting on the internals of the moonpool. It will also reduce the stresses on the vessel iwo of the moonpool as the Bending Moments and Shear Forces will reduce marginally in that area, as the load is dissipated more evenly by having a temporary continuation of the hull plate covering the opening. Once in Rotterdam itll be removed prior to departure
