If we had a raise over past week I recon we would hit around 70p in the coming weeks with a long term target of £1-£3 per share....
It's now all about funds, the magic work has already been achieved and who knows where genomics can take the sp.... I expect the bod to raise and raise big, no way db will be let off by his institutional buddies whom he has relied on so much in the past, they will want a piece of the action and he will most likely oblige, imagine going forward db wants a Uk based manufacturing facility as gd goes global, the city will be the financiers, think big guys and gals, we are just along for the ride, we want/need institutional involvement to drive forward from a position of strength....
And before Guy the clueless rips me apart again, maybe just maybe he will look at the bigger picture and employ a more long term view

Not concerned in the slightest… obviously my holding is going to get diluted… fact….
Fund raise has to come… fact….
Will I trade it… no cus I’m a rubbish trader with bad timing, but I have patience and will power…have waited quite some time for this to come good, can wait another couple of years for the big payday…
Time in the market, not timing the market and all that buffet stuff..
A raise will pull this back a week or two then the lid will come off…
Having held since 2020 I’m pretty chilled about it,
Have bought in 80p placing/25p placing buys at 260p and 8.5/9p …. I’m a happy chap, this is derisked massively… with serious long term prospects…so no agenda guy, perhaps you look at your own moral code and presume everyone has the same ethics as you.. just a thought.

Well, funding doesn’t have to be the taboo that it used to be, we’ve gone from if/but/maybe to the real deal now…would hope the board are in active discussions, we’ve got some serious sh*t here…..
Hopefully the more informed posters can take the bb forward now without the spam….
Nice to have picked a decent company with decent science and imagination…. And well done Genedrive…db and all the team… was worth the wait…

No point burying our heads in sand...
It has to be addressed.
what was up until now the elephant in the room, funding, well what a difference a week makes,
I see us moving from a position of weakness to strength, would hope several options are now available so my thoughts on options.
1..
30m at 25p / 40m at 22p ish is my hope to secure long term future, this is my preferred option in the hope that "real" institutions are now interested and not a quick buck funder that flips on first news,
2..
Licensee/ primary distribution partner with upfront fee with option on stroke marker going forward, this would be the dream scenario,
However unlikely,
3.
Debt financing, my most disliked option, absolutely no need to risk this route, just look at 4d calamity on how it can go wrong.
4.
We wing it in hope that orders come in before money runs out....!!
Not liking this option either,
No need now to panic like we used to....
Future is secure IMHO...
Just need this dealt with before moving onwards and upwards...
On a personal note this has been one hell of a ride so far, in the words of the carpenters..

Sure is an emotional rollercoaster system,
That’s why 90% of pi’s lose money on stock market,
It does get me very frustrated but I never let it overwhelm me… I have my buy targets written down I have my sell targets written down….
Regardless of emotional state I stick to my targets, I will never make a fortune but enjoy the ride…
Genedrive is for the serious thrill seekers lol

This gets played out by far bigger players than you and I (no offence intended) we are just along for the ride, judging our buys/sells as best we can...

System, if you wanted a profit, maybe you shouldn’t have sold half your holding at 8p…

This is a joke of a company , they have not been able to sell any of their devices even in the high end of COVID , and now the bets are on for the hearing device ... yet even that from the looks of things isnt going to take fusion ...

The CEO needs to seriously need to hang is hat up and stop paying himself a significant salary to just do absolute nothing ...

The short tracker app only reports about 24 hours after the event, there appears to be a correlation between the late reported after hours trades (of which there was one again this morning) and the changes in short position.

There is a process to go through to gain acceptance for de novo route, once submitted I think it states response within 15 working days to confirm acceptance or not, Genedrive, so from original fda meeting IF de novo was recommended I would imagine a couple of weeks to ensure application was meticulous with all requirements being met followed by submission, at that stage there is nothing to report as still a further 15 working days to find out..

I believe the rise is down to chairman comments in annual report of 5th December.

Refreshing to hear a factual statement re financial situation...
and spot on... yes cash till end June 23 which is in official documentation, as is cash burn of £400k/month, (not 450 or 500) £400k fact....as is £6m funds held as of end March 22 fact....
to add further to recent comments re director purchases or lack of to instil confidence in company future,
Just an observation, 4d pharma had significant director ownership, they are now in administration !!
Begs the question are director buys that relevant ??
db has significant share options, why would he buy on open market, if company is a success it's a win win for him..
Company/product progress has been excellent, as I stated many months ago will be a close run thing re funds and commercialisation of products....hence current sp...
Personally I have set my shareholding such that if a significant rise occurs I would be slightly disappointed that I hadn't held more,
Conversely if a significant decrease in sp occurs I would be slightly disappointed that I hadn't held less...
Hence be happy with the balance of your position and associated risk.... maybe don't let it wind you up so much that you pop at the slightest change in sp....
delighted at current developments, exciting times ahead, that is the aim market, big risk big reward... for me a risk worth taking....
Keep up the good work Genedrive..... yes mistakes have been made, far outweighed by positive ongoing work.....

The bottom line you refer to is moving from R & D to commercial sales, taking the bc non event out of the equation (a hoped shortcut to riches)
Genedrive as a commercial entity has only just begun its journey, as other allude to, 1 month, 3 months, nowhere near enough time to commence meaningful sales, projected poc sales for 2022 in forward looking statement were at £1m,
With 2023 developing strongly with AIHL phasing is along the way, all this data is in the public domain and available for all to research, will be a tight run thing over next 12 months but with a bit of good fortune, Genedrive may become commercially viable in that period, if it does, that's it, done deal as repeat orders sustain future growth and self fund future product developments.
sp reflects this uncertainty, one sale in excess of expectations releases the floodgates, with 2 great product now commercially available will be an exciting year with hopefully more ups than downs

wonder if Genedrive might receive some assistance stateside via fda application grant funding, would a body like JHUSM sponsor with a world first product application ?

Thanks for post roger, looking good on all fronts, a nice comfortable sit back and wait, rather than the constant wondering over past 2 years of whether the products actually work and would get approvals.
