Even with difficult capital market conditions I'm sure Genedrive could raise given the significant nice news we had so can only presume they do not wish to currently do so.....thoughts ?

Wouldn’t worry about it to much system, only an issue if you want to sell short term, always find it best not to panic and look at the bigger picture.

It's easier to look at the facts as stated rather than superstition,
I'm presuming the companies own declaration below would mean they are not expecting significant take up in next 3 months otherwise why state it in rns.

As it's now February and funded to June,
With June being 4 month away, it's pretty conclusive (but not absolute) that a 3 month timeline is unrealistic.

Company has advised take up will be slowish however the runaway train will quickly gather momentum whatever the timeframe

However once it does there is a repeat revenue stream of £4m per year just for the Uk just for one product....

The long term revenue streams for Genedrive products is immense,
Just a few minor hurdles on the way and we are there.

Talk about putting a negative spin on great great news... in fact the best news any of us could have hoped for....
THE only thing holding the Genedrive sp back is future funding, once this is addressed which it will be it's onwards and upwards,
The short term question is at what sp and what discount, it is very feasible that we could raise at 40p/30p/25p/20p/15p.. dependant upon news flow and timing, none of us know that's for sure....
It's one of those rare occasions when I don't think it really matters as long as it's a done deal.... as I mentioned the other day, I believe 70p ish is possible later this year after raise...
Buy/hold/trade do what you will, don't think any holder will lose out long term, just a bit of short term pain.

My favoured partner would be AbbVie,
A good fit with global reach...

I know capitol markets are difficult at moment but would hope some decent institutional investors will see the significant value and growth Genedrive have ahead of them...

Multiple options are on the table here,
Raise
Convertible bond
Debt finance
Partnership with upfront fee etc etc
Just want bod to be ahead of the curve on this before hands get tied and us pi's get shafted...
Once sorted at whatever the sp is at that time, tomorrow, next week, next month, will likely see a significant bounce.

The market knows full well a raise is required.... hence current sp action..

I'm sure guy the clueless will be mystified with what's going on but most others will fully understand why we've had the drop from Friday, seen it time and again, hopefully bod are ahead of the game on this one and terms are agreed otherwise we will become distressed and that's not a good position with such a great product on the cusp...

I believe the major financial advantage on uptake of AIHL test by trusts and globally is cost saving not expenditure, reduction in cochlear implants at £65k per time and reduction in £1m plus legal actions per case.

Db previously announced a raise at 80p mid morning (after the days trading had commenced) and the sp rad reached 299p,
I remember it well as I had added at 260p and not checked back in till end of day, having already checked am rns
(No adverse price sensitive announcements)
was happy to add as no raise was incoming that day... how wrong I was... hence anything is possible, we know funds required, we know good times are ahead so this time it's no big deal and the sooner the better imho

Stephen and jayhayes have previously posted some excellent info on Genedrive, have a trawl through there past posts unless they would consider an update, think you may struggle to get away from the bickering but just filter to condense chat, it’s a shame because the children do actually do a 1 in 10 decent post…
I’m with you on your thoughts, production, supply chain, distribution, training, this is the issues to deal with, an exciting future for an AIM minnow, the big thing for me at moment is to get decent reputable ii’s on board, a decent cash injection then onward and upward to Microcap index driving further long term value/growth
