Folks - we need clarification from GGP BoD's before we vote - I think I'm right but a few others think I'm wrong - Let's get confirmation - but as I said it's house-keeping - no more - no less. ATB

ggp - you don't understand - no one said they are giving them away for free - the beneficiaries will have to pay par price less whatever discount they may or may not get - anyway thats if that many get allotted which I very much doubt

Forgot to say - which also means the shares if issued for finance reasons cannot be allotted to the BoD's!

GGP - I admit it is very confusing but if you read it again it actually reads "To allot relevant securities (within the meaning of section 560) up to an aggregate nominal amount of £750,000. " The shares at their nominal value are 0.001 so that would be securities of up to 750m shares.......it's bloody confusing but like I said I think it's just house-keeping and nothing more! Happy to be corrected and we need to know 100% for sure before we vote! ATB

Okay, thanks MF11....so I read it wrong to start with....reading it again it enables the BoD's to issue 750m shares should they see fit to raise capital...the resolution was there last year because they expire every year / 15 months depending on the AGM. So it's just safe house-keeping and not for any specific known reason. Comfort levels back to SuperNova with GGP. Thanks again.
