The previous RNS said “ The Company will make a further announcement on or around 17 December 2021”

So does that mean the 17/12 latest? Or could it be after?

With 456,251,830 shares in issue; even a share price of 20p the MC will be under £100million. So I don't think it's out of the question.

I hope you're right, after Christmas was 'cancelled' last year, it's going to be nice to have 2 Christmases this year haha! GLA.

Phew! Needed that RNS! Was very nice to see on a Friday! Really hope they deliver on the 17th though, if they do my faith will be restored.

I don't know if this is of any significance, but they have updated their auditors too. Fingers crossed, as there is only about a month to go before it has to be de-listed.

The only positive i can take from this horrendous drop in the SP, is that it's allowing me to lower my average cost. Think i'm going to make a purchase today, and then just forget about it.

As Forbes was suspended on Aquis on 29/06, I believe the company has until 29/12 otherwise it will be de-listed. As per AQSE regulations the stock can’t be suspended more than 6 months.

It also says that it “no longer has a listing”

HL now showing it with a value in my app today?

But as it’s September and it’s still suspended. Could have missed the boat with the Zimbabwe license? Is the company worth anything without it?

Per the last b*** s*** RNS, it mentioned that there has been an extension to the ‘exclusivity period’ re the Zimbabwe licence is 31/08.

Do you think we may hear something before then???

Per the RNS on 26/07

“ The Company is making good progress with completion of its Audit and expects to be in a position to complete the same within the next 21 days. Upon completion and filing of the audit, the Company will apply for trading in its ordinary shares to be restored.”

I think he means possibly in the future? As I know certain apps don’t charge for trades, and if they get more loyal than HL May have to go down the same route
