Was looking at figures and stuff and PlantPowerPeace is right. Is there not a rule that a buy out needs to be higher than the highest closing price in the last 12 months. That was 220= market cap of only 114million. This company is easily £200mill plus once approvals and sales are confirmed £3.84 per share. I would say that is conservative! Do you buy today or wait?

Although the ask is 100, the actual buy price is 96.3ish

Trying to buy more shares,tried all the way from £40,000 down, had to buy £2000 worth, then tried again, £2000 down to £1000 nothing. How can the price go up if no one can buy??????

I think every share holder here would be happy with £200 million for the full company what’s that per share, around £3.60 a share at a guess?

Do we feel we have turned a corner, sentiment is back and we all expect a fair whack of news flow end of Aug start of Sept on many fronts. There is less nit picking on the board and it also feels like 82p is now the low. No real vaccine that can make a difference will be in place if any before next Spring in my opinion. The new innovations and collaborations mixed with approvals from all around the world makes this a fun share again! Yes we are all down, but if we are all right on our thinking, it’s just a time thing. Ps, the two post on Wednesday night were exceptional Safy. Other than I feel the WHO approval will be substantially more than 10% SP rise, I’d guess 40% at least, let’s not debate it, just fingers crossed.
