At least revs are growing, which is a plus. Big problem is the zero credibility/trust of management. Needs changing up a bit . Definitely holding the company back imo.

Yes, 3/4 X revs is very achievable imo, maybe even more. A bigger concern could be straight into profit by cutting out the fat and deadwood.

They have good products and tech. The Ranger stuff really does look good. Take a look at what it can do on the website. Really impressive and is selling well. As for management, well less said the better imo.

Any cost cutting should include at least a 50% salary cut too.

Not sure about how tight the competition is rgds price, but would be great if they could follow what's going on elsewhere in the world and hike their prices up a bit .

So why is it taking soooo long to sell the Taiwan asset? Obviously can't get a good price or nobody is interested? As you say, with all the good signs of growth etc they should be able to get loans/financing, so why the hold up?
