What does it matter. Odx will have plenty to do even if the Chinese do muscle in. If they do make millions a week it won't affect odx, it might affect avct sales though.

Doesn't matter who else manufactures them as long as they fill odx to full capacity first. Not sure about a sovereign test if the Chinese are on board making seven million a week? Did the govt actually say they wanted a sovereign test or has it been assumed? Can't remember.
