With the govt weeding out the cowboy suppliers it should be good news and more business for the good guys like ygen and mhc.

I see they have upped their test capacity from 2k a month to over 200k. Big numbers for them and working 3 shifts with more machinery coming in to expand capacity even more. They seem excited about govt contracts coming soon, maybe why they are continually recruiting lab technicians.

I am even more confident now of winning one or two framework contracts. I don't think they will be for a few Bob either. I think owning the whole supply chain is a big bonus when pitching to buyers. Most like to have a one stop shop facility, and this is maybe where ygen will score well? Yes, I can see decent multi million ££ contracts very soon. Good thing is it will be for longer than just the holiday/travel period too. Be great to fill that 100k a month capacity at £20+ a pop.

Yes, I think they could supply at around £20 each test inc lab work. Maybe even less on quantities of 10k a day.

I think Q2 will be even better. I am hopeful of framework contracts too as they say they have a number of ongoing current opportunities that could drop.

Didn't expect any difference for last year. Looking decent start to this year though. Plenty gone into investment that should reap rewards going forward.

Not penny's fault, they have products ready. Boots have boobed with demand and not ordered enough imo. Should be put right pdq hopefully.

I suspect Boots haven't ordered enough. There is no problem with supply from ygen or mhc. Just double up the quantities Boots.

Ryanair have their own test suppliers. Not sure mhc will pick up too much business from them, though not every passenger will buy their tests.
