Could a test backed by Gates and Soros not make the final cut, seems doubtful to me. Odx will likely not be named on any supplier list as the manufacturer, so nobody be surprised, it doesn't mean the test won't be used though.

Regulator, so when odx have an approved test soon, will it be considered by the govt as we know they have newer procurement process now and everything is considered.

I know the contract at the time says odx will manufacture, but now they will have an approved test of their own to put forward. Either way it's win win.

The letter says the govt has not ordered because there is no approved test YET, that will soon change as there will be soon.

Looks like the govt will go into phase 2 and order when odx have an approved test, that is being done right now.
