Captain, Ygen)Rees basically gave multi millions away to MHC because he has a interest there. Couldn't be bothered to do it in house, so needs to be watched.

Also very slow in updating labs to get more lucrative govt testing contracts. He originally said he couldn't be at ar sed doing that either , then voilà a year later he does it.

So with a competent and straight CEO in charge Ygen wouldn't be in the position he put them in and had millions more in the bank.

Mind you Ncyt CEO was a bad un too wasn't he?

Naewise, yes indeed! Luckily I only had a moderate amount of Ygen shares and pulled most back buying plenty in their offer at 0.003p, so not too bad for me.

Just trying to get more background into the litigation with the government.

From what I can fathom, the government are trying it on big style.

I believe there was a directive to drag back anything they could rgds existing contracts. Maybe thinking some would go under before it came to court, or just gave up or didn't bother.

However their conduct with Ncyt is well out of order and will likely go in favour of Ncyt imo.

Still trying to dig up more about that atm .

Also, why the relatively small revenue at Ncyt, is it the products or poor salespeople, or both?

Don't hold your breath on that one! I can't see many coming over especially with Rees there and a upcoming court case.
