RE: Lyn Rees is a failure for Yourgene's shareholders17 Jan 2022 09:44
Stas, that just about sums it up. He has had long enough imo. He gets off on how many employees they have. That's how he sees progress. Look at me, I am in charge of a 280 bod company. Always always mentions any increase in staff. Time to go LR
US will have to go some to make up for COVID income. Looks like LR got it wrong again with his two year testing prediction. Govt are desperate to end all of it asap it seems. Letting people in unchecked could be a big mistake.
I have looked at the CTDA list myself and they are not there. Anyone not in the list is not allowed to sell as far as I know. So he's asked the company and been stonewalled. I wonder why ? Surely if the test is passed then why don't they just confirm it
Might be scaremongering to some, but apparently the company won't confirm that it is approved either . Bakky has been trying to get an answer for 3 months and been fobbed off,, which isn't good either.
Anyone catch what's going on over on the ygen BB, saying that their PCR test isn't approved by the CTDA. Or at least it can't be found on any approved list as yet.
Twix, I think those dates in February are for the names in the second list only. Ygen are in with many others waiting to be done and they are in no rush it seems. The more I delve the worse it gets
In other words, only the names on the two lists are able to sell after the end of October. Every new applicant has to wait until they get approval like ygen has to. That's how I read it. Looks like they shouldn't be selling them as not approved and not in either list.
No twix, it looks like only the ones in the two lists can sell . Ygen are not on either list. The temporary second list can still sell whilst they get approval before the end of Feb. Ygen are not on this list either.
I don't know where that leaves us if they have been pulling a fast one . Deary me, whatever next!? I must say, I would have expected something along the lines that ncyt put out regarding the inclusion or not of Clarigene.
So , ygen or clarigene can't be found on the approved list, and they won't confirm they are legal to sell. I don't get why they won't confirm it one way or the other. But agree, it's not good giving the silent treatment. Does seem ominous.
Rather odd, buys of one and five shares. This can they sell products needs clearing up I think . Looking at the listing it seems not. Anyone shed any light on this as I hope they haven't been trying to go under the radar until they got approval.
As far as I know the company have applied but so far haven't yet been approved that we know of. Not sure if that means you can still sell or not tbh . Reading others it seems not. The plot thickens.
I'm sure there is an explanation, but it's strange they won't confirm it . If that list is correct then there is a big ?? and the company should respond to what's being asked.
I know avct, odx, all can't sell because they are not on the approved list. Ncyt have their original PCR test approved, but another ten or so tests aren't. What's going on?
If they did put it up for sale, they wouldn't get anywhere near 20+p at this time. Even at 50% mark up it's nowhere near . We should be more concerned about a low ball offer.
Forget any talk or thinking about a sale, it's not happening. Not anytime soon anyway, unless it's being played for a low ball offer. Big bonus for LR and the boys, maybe take it private, and keeps his job too.
Busy fools and all that! Perhaps they do need to look at their pricing . Not sure what the average wage is but it must be relatively steep. The high calibre of people they look for don't come cheap.
