Don't be fooled about no dilution. I expect there will be a mixture, but softened with the loan facility. It's only for a relatively small amount of debt. They will still raise funds with shares imo. Another opportunity to mention more headcount lol

Low ball offer taking it private. LR keeps his job with a bonus and salary increase. It is rather concerning even after such an increase in revenue they still can't turn a bean of profit. Using shareholders to bankroll the business and all the infrastructure before offer comes in. His job is to keep the sp as low as possible, and doing a grand job if it too . Fantasy over..lol

Stas, his style has always been growth by acquisition. Not too difficult that way is it? Not good for shareholders certainly, as massive dilution kicks in . Glad he got his wings clipped as we would certainly be looking at more share dilution right now

I don't think LR is going anywhere soon. As for profit, well they always seem to find something to invest in to stifle profits . There is likely a massive £10/20m COVID revenue hole to fill this next year. Profit, huh! you must be joking.

I think what bakky is after is some confirmation on the PCR test. I have had a good look and can find nothing to say it's approved either. Does seem odd that the company haven't replied at all though, it's a fair question, they aren't on any list I can find. They do appear to be a bit elusive with a reply . I wonder why?
