Kicking off on LSE BB about the legality of the PCR test from yourgene. Bakky got an email from the DHSC saying anyone not on the list cannot sell tests in the UK. Yourgene not on it, so does it mean they are supplying illegally? Company won't respond apparently, which isn't good.

This could be put to bed very easily if the company simply responded to confirm the necessary approvals. The fact they won't or haven't just adds fuel. Something isn't right here. If nothing else it's very unprofessional.

Transparency with own products is what's needed now. They have done a great job with COVID income, just do similar with their own products, and bingo!!

Even worst case they have to pay some back it won't be all at once will it. It will be manageable payback installments, and as mentioned, not a probable scenario anyway. They won't be looking to bankrupt the company whatever happens.
