To be honest if you are glass half full or glass half empty no matter what the share value is it doesn't matter until you decide to sell. Then you have to deal with the issue. Until then you still have your investment at whatever figure you jumped in at and as far as i am aware UKOG haven't folded yet.
You can say what you want but this is like ground hog day at the moment. Last thing virtually any slights gains vanish leaving the price lower than day before. I have every faith something is happening but as indicated by many on here twitter is free and keeps the momentum moving upwards for no more than 5 minutes a day. PR is not this companies strong point and needs addressing asap.
At this stage would it be a great idea for a management VOC in truth. Surely IMHO we just let him complete the initial flow tests and see what we are looking at. We are on a tipping point that could show him to have played the situation as a complete genius or a major FW but it presents a massive gamble for us PI's but i feel we have no other option but to let the next couple of weeks run there course.
Not many coming up with the old chestnut "wouldn't want to be out of this this weekend" bet loads would love to be out of this one right now but i still have hope this will come good and i will get my promised trip to Thailand business class with the person who recommended i have a look at it. I certainly don't hold him accountable but would love the suggested promised return a little quicker while i am still breathing
I have read many of your posts and i really don't want to be pessimistic like many others which would be automatically treated as though i am a troll/deramper . I am just a small investor who in truth got greedy on rumour and then fell foul of my lack of experience. I am now what is considered as a LTH i guess at nearly 2 years in but i appreciate you don't lose till you sell which is what keeps me tagging along with the little window on my desk top watching the days shenanigans unfold.
Been in a meeting for a few hours and yet again the share price is as usual heading south , have i missed something ? I thought the rig would at least stabilise the SP but now it would appear to have had a negative effect. How is this even possible ? I appreciate the increased risk but we know there is oil down there but i am starting to think this is a 1p for the long term
It seems like positive news just sinks the share price and has done for the last 18-24 months and completely agree with you that who knows when the situation will change. Us LTH's seem to just build ourselves up to a point in the process that things will change when this or that happens but it then sinks again. I have unfortunately written of my investment here completely as the fear of taking the loss which in truth is a lot less currently than it has been overides my mental block that as soon as i dump out it will fly. Which is a statement that is really starting to wind me up. We have all been extremely patient over the last "x" amount of months and years and believe me i am neither a ramper or troll i just want to see this investment show some type of life and give a decent return for all us faithful shareholders.
Pretty flat the share price , you need to check the bubble in your level. I appreciate its almost in touching distance but that just seems to be the same story week in week out. I am an investor but it like chasing the end of a rainbow with slight bumps in the share price before it bombs again The worst thing appears to be a positive RNS as it nose dives even further. I do read "ALL" the comments and realise everyone has and agenda but would love to see some good news in the SP.
Why on earth is the share price plummeting when all we get is good news. I am neither a ramper or deramper just a poor PI who cannot understand why this share has such a negative stigma when all we get is positive news. I was hoping after all this stress we would get a positive blip today to allow me to finally shut the door on this without to bigger loses and yet again loses show 500+ in 2-3 hours of trading.Every time we get results they are positive of commercial production and you would expect looking at the previous year that would be looking at a gentle rise as the RNS's arrive????
Can anyone confirm if the share value are likely to be massively affected by the change of status ie investment to operator - i appreciate no one can say for definite but any experience of it happening in other companies
