The RNS quotes 20mt at 2.5% copper. Over at xtr they have had assays back at 0.28 - 0.5% (ish......quick scan). They seem really happy with that and so does the market

For me that means we have quite a large margin for error. Looking for 2.5% but even if we find 0.5% then it's a "win"

The RNS also states the site has potential to expand to 600,000 to 900,000 tons.

Just run the numbers again for SZ. Current zinc price per ton $3700 = 7% royalty. Just another $50 will be 8%

RNS states 6000 tons of ore a month initially moving up to 16000 tons

At the rate of 6000 tons the rorlyalty payment to us at 7% is $310k per month

At 16000 the royalty payment is $823k a month

Average 20% zinc content

The JORC states total rock is 400,000 tons so total in Royalties given the above parameters stay the same is nearly $21m

At top production of 16000 tons a month that's $21m over a period of 2 years.

The royalty we now get every month means a re rate is very likely now. Thus won't be a blip, up today down tomorrow. So the more weak hands that sell into the spike means more shares to buy to propel us forward ontop of the re rate. £12m+ in royalties broken into monthly £3-400k payments is worth a bag on Its own, never mind the catalyst that money provides to progress kcb, shinganda, luansobe and KCB. Over night each of those other 4 projects have now had their chances of success drastically improved. How the market factors that into current Mcap could be really exciting. Once the proactive investor article comes out we should see more buying also

Great RNS!!!! we are one of the very few self funded minors! This is the turning point of GLR! Safe to say, zero risk of cash raises, 300k and rising a month royalties..last calculation was worth over £12m when totalling the monthly payments until SZ is exhausted and that was when Zinc is cheaper than now. 20% of our Mcap in a one off payment from Glenover in in go also.......fantastic!

Ella,you're right, CB companies doing well all round. AFP RNS quote relationships with both Sandfire and a stake recently increased with them to 15% also First Quantum. Whilst those deals obvs benefit AFP,it just shows the relationships and deals CB can make should it benefit us at the right time and the willingness of both those majors to make them. Just a matter of time for us now

Thats right HD, it was me. Just incase anyone picks up. The immediate royalty payments will be a little smaller as per RNS simply due to the process in its infancy picking up. Approx 150k, then as production increases we hit over 400k a month. Iv done the calcs on a post a few months back if anyone wants to check. Since then the zinc price has actually gone up, so too will our royalty. I calculated we would receive around £12.5m in total (given certain simple assumptions I noted in the same post as the calcs). Either way, moral of rhe story is, as you say, it's a bagger once the licence and shipping is sorted ????

2) 20th Feb Final answer on Luansobe copper prospect before embarking on an 18 month JORC mission. SZ took us just over 18 months to create a JORC and updates approx every 4 -6 weeks on drilling.....exciting times.
3)28th Feb first installment from Glenover sale, approx £2m

Could be Ella. Personally not too worried. I think we'll get the chance to learn from it with the next RNS with Kash in. Whether the new large scale liscence is mentioned or not. If not, it could be considered as not affecting the small scale exploration liscence we have in. Also if it did affect us, then ot would also affect about 8 other people's liscences, so can't see it being able to affect us in anyway

I see someone has applied for a large scale exploration liscence that among alot of others various liscences it covers our new Kash application for small scale exploration. I don't know the full inns and outs of rules for liscence app, but using the fact it does cover alot of other companies liscences, our SZ large scale exploration liscence was far bigger than we used, and also the current large scale exploration liscence crossing over SZ doesn't seem to affect it, then I'm not worried. What you thinking Ella?

I also think the app should tick over from "app pending validation" to either accepted or not accepted this month

I think CB is going to luansobe as a Bushrangeresq asset like XTR

Bushranger : purchased by XTR for £1.25m (roughly) in June 2020 with a jorc 2012 est 71mt at 0.044% = at the time an estimate of 312000 tons of contained copper. 6 months go bye and 4km drilling and in December the company 4 bags on showing copper

Luanscombe: purchased £200k and 5m shares. No 2012 Jorc but alot of historical evidence and an estimate of 71mt at 2.5% copper = estimates of 525000 tons of contained copper

No.2012 jorc so obvs our risk is higher, but ongoing drilling in a positive way could see a Jorc update and similar sp performance to XTR.

I like the look of this. It took 6 months for xtr, so no reason why we shouldn't be looking at the same time frames if not quicker with our contacts we have established in Zambia already related to SZ and Kash
