Firering Strategic Minerals: From explorer to producer. Watch the video here.
Hi Suedee5
If enough shareholders vote against a proposal then it will not be passed, abstaining is just a voice of protest.
I have not seen enough evidence to support the purchase of Start Art, but the jurys our of the capital raise. DC has until the 18th July to pesuede my it is in the interest of shareholders
I agree with you John, we should vote if we're not in agreement with the BoD, As for not getting 50% that would be down to the shareholders who shout loud, but don't vote.
Brexit springs to mind, no-one ever thought it would get across the line, but enough people people put thier X in the box. We could overturn this if we wanted too
They always release a provisional calender, as new circuits need to be checked to ensure they will meet all safety requirements. We have had the track reveal, but there may need to be a few tweaks to ensure safety. Street circuits are notoriously difficult to test and assess. Once the FIA are fully satisfied the track meets all requirements we will see the revised calender.
Why is it we are firing on all cylinder, but the SP is now back to Lockdown levels.
We were at 5p during the height of lockdown with the possibility of going under.
Bricklive is almost back to pre_covid levels
Kpop fest has proved to be profitable and will only continue to grow
Formula E Cape Town may not have been confirmed on the 1st release of the 2023 calender, but it will definately go ahead IMO
For the last 6 weeks Buys have constantly shown as Sells as many of us are aware, and this nudged the SP down on a daily basis. Still it continues, as highlighted be Suede this morning.
I now AIM is a gamble, but I never thought it was going to be as corrupt as this.
Once this ride is over, I think I'll go back to betting on the Horses, at least you have a chance of winning
Suede & Benn, I think we should refrain from interacting with certain people.
Let's not reply to they're obvious deramping and as suggested start a new Header each time the enter the conversation.
Alternatively we could all just stay quiet and let them get on with it.
The whole Formula E deramp has annoyed me as I know that industry very well. I have reached out to some contacts within the FIA to get some clarification and needless to say I am still very much invested.
Keep the faith
Just for the record DC is listed as Officer for 32 Limited companies, several with names including StArt ,Kpop , Formula E, Brick etc etc
From my experience registering several Ltd companies like this is done to protect a brand
Just done some research, and its quite obvious the main issue with the Cape Town GP is finalising the date. Once the final calender is confirmed, which may not be until September I am 98% confident Cape Town will on there.
I can see its not listed on the official calender, but they do say they are working hard to include both USA and South African GPs.
I worked on the F1 and MotoGP circuits for 10 years and this sort of thing always happens when planning the following season. They probably have issues with the track layout or something similar, always happens with new circuits.
I'm not worried in the slightest about this at the moment, after allis isn't scheduled until 2023, there will be a lot of work going on behind the scenes to ensure it goes ahead.
