Which Cornerstone Investor would be best for the company?
Both are media related, one bringing new ideas and the other Kpop related.
My personal opinion is that Kpop should be ditched as a failed endeavour. I find it impossible to see how it can be rebounded and regain the trust of fans.
However, a new direction palting to the companies strengths could be exactly the shot in the are LVCG needs.

To be honest I can see DCs reasoning, what's the point in issuing good news while we're in suspension ? It's not going to add any value
I'll be holding for the long term or at least until next year, been in so long now I don't see the point in bailing out
Not sure which Investor presentation you watched PR, but the last one we had was 26th June 2023, 4 day before share was suspended.
At the time we were told the new audiitor was "TOP 10" and would have the accounts completed and signed off before the end of July.
Other points that were made were as follows
1) The company would be transformed and profitable be the end of the year, with cash in the bank
2) There would be lots of newsflow during July and into the Autumn months, specifically during September
3) There was absolutely no intention to take the company private (Response to rumours at the time)
4) Bricklive was doing well and would be profitable this year with more tours to be announced for the last QTR
5) Madrid was already in profit at the time of the presentation
6) Company was actively looking for a new CFO
7) Skirted around a possible new CEO but did concede this was a likely possibility near the end of the presentaion
8) The company was definately not going to look to the market for future financing. Instead they would look for "Financial Partners" to avoid the need for any placings
There was lots dicussed about the future of the Kpop division (The most crucial sector) but I don't think its worth going over.
The kicker came at the end of the presentation and probably had the most impact on all of our decisions not to sell going into the suspension.
DC made a closing statement and I qoute this word for word
"There are only fours days left to trade, Guys, I really believe in this company, its time to buy not to sell"
I personally think he believed in this, and to be honest so did I
Guess we will have to wait and see if he can pull a rabbit out of the hat
Considering the FIA are a regulatory organisation, rules would have to have been broken, which would have led to immediate action.
Formula E Holdings Ltd., otherwise known by the abbreviation FEH, are the owners, promoters, and acting holding company of the ABB FIA Formula E Championship. ABB are responsible for selecting and promoting Formula E races. Cape Town was a loss making exercise for them in 2023 which was not necessarily the fault of LCSE.
Raising sponsorship in South Africa is notoriously difficult. They want to host events but are reluctant to finance them.
Looks like 2025 could be a big year for Formula E

I know it's a way off, but would be a huge boost if they return to Cape Town
Maybe not such a bad thing missing out on the 2024 season.
Gen 3 may take a while to bed in

My thoughts exactly Knigel, at least it shows they haven't given up.
Personally I think 2025 will be a definite providing they build on the success of 2023.
The big issue was ABB FIA Formula E had to contribute to costs, not something the tend to do. Providing sponsors come on-board and cover all the running costs its guaranteed In my opinion.
The teams and fans voted Cape Town the race of the season for good reason
Looks like we've been given a lifeline.
2025 should give the team plenty of time to bring in sponsors

Wake up TT this is nothing but smoke and mirrors.
There is no magical solution, we need good hard facts. Clearly another knee jerk response to current BB discussions.
If DC thinks a pathetic Instagram post will appease shareholders, then he is clearly delusional.
Along with many other LTSH with too much skin in the game, all I want is the option to make my own decisions. DC made a very clear statement in the last investor presentation "This is not the time to sell" backed up with unsubstantiated claims and projections.
We were led to believe there would be household brand sponsoring Formule E when it is now apparent Cape Town was already dead in the water.
Also, false claims were made about the eminent announcement of London headliners and ticket sales.
Plus the constant attempt to keep Frankfurt alive, its been 2 years to organize a gig in a car park.
The lies need to stop.
It is clear DC is trying his hardest, but failing to onboard the required sponsorship. Formula E organizers made it quite clear when they stated Cape Town was a "Financial Disaster" the lack of sponsorship led to Cape Town being dropped from the 2024 calender.
We need honesty to explain why all this happened and a solid plan going forward if any of us are going to remain invested
