IG clearly state on the website that spreadbetting is indeed gambling, maybe you should contact IG and question it.

Until the law, policies change with regards to spreadbetting, it's gambling....

Lti, maybe you could call IG and request that they rewrite the website to suit you.... Spreadbetting is gambling and one does not own the asset, as stated on the IG website. I'm sure IG index have comply with regs, policies etc... Otherwise they would be fined or taken down.

Simple stuff really and i think you have a problem with admitting that you gamble...

Leas, the problem is gamblers with problems will always try to mask the issue... I spreadbet, as i suspect a lot of traders, PI's do but i recognise it for what it is and do not try to window dress it...

Even the IG website states that spreadbetting is gambling; However it does not state the investing is gambling.

LTI You do not have to justify to me that fact that you spreadbet, gamble. Most PI's would agree that when you buy a share one is investing, when you use spreadbetting it's is gambing....like i have stated and also provided a link to relay what i'm stating.
