oska2020, you seem to want to convince me of this "buy for long term", i'm not buying as the UK, this sector is in the toilet and we haven't even had, Brexit No Deal, C-19 Resurgence - city wide lockdowns at the busiest time of the year, Mass unemployment - furlough ending. etc.

if a see a trade here i will trade it, long, short, swing trade....simple, but atm this is not an investment as the head winds are too strong.

btw people stated, "great long term buy" back in 09....!

I trade...As do others. do you really think LLoy sp is in decline because i post & trade what i see, if you do then that is very negative of you and you need to assess why you are here, for support, overlook the facts, encourage others to buy, etc...prevent different opinions...?
there is no Divi, stock is in decline and getting worse, the economy is not looking good, Mass job loses looming, C-19 résurgence..
then we have the very real possibility of a massive consolidation....

01/09/2020, just over a week ago, when the SP was 27.7100. Since then Llloy SP has fallen by -4.46%....
This will grab traders attention, investors, some like to grab a falling knife thinking its the bottom other like to SHORT the stock. It's trading / investing, take it up with Marshall wace, the Govt, Lloy CEO, BoE, Sam Woods...
this is stock market, if people came here to hide away while stocks, economy are having a mare then it's the wrong place...
