Interestingly the Lloy chart produced a "Gap down" on the 4hr, more prominent on the 15min, during today's session, which did not get filled, Barc did the same..

Traders will doubt be taking notes and trade it accordingly...

How Lloyds SP and other banks deal with the next six months depends on how the Govt handles Oct, as there are some crucial dates, Brexit, Furlough etc…
The need to end criticism from the tabloids for not going into lockdown earlier back in March is rearing its head, not to mention "Testing", and It must be hard for Conservatives to realise that the decisions taken in the next few weeks will make or break the party....a time for unity?

If the Govt lockdown the North and not London, then The Govt will lose voters as businesses will suffer and jobs will be lost which in turn hurts the banks like Lloyds being the UK biggest lender…
As that was not enough the BoE are also concerned about the next few months therefore I doubt very much Mr Woods will give the all clear to resume Dividend payments and I would expect them to be cancelled until further notice which is poor but unless Lloyds want Govt backing when it will be needed they can ill afford to bite the hand that feeds…

ALL the banks are at a critical point i feel and as we enter October the more uncertain \ tense the situation will become....

You could well be correct as Brexit No Deal, lack of decisive decisions with regards to 2nd Wave of C-19 and no furlough solution will sends the SP to a low that will be unthinkable.

Theosus, they had been deemed unlawfully convicted by the high court...
if one is avoiding the tax fine but the system got it wrong...on more than one occasion in fact in the majority of cases...

UK trade with the Swiss is massive, the Swiss feared Brexit as they may have been frozen out of that trade.
The Swiss have strengthened financial systems with the UK in recent months, we are leaving with No Deal...
EU is a house of cards....
the Only thing the Swiss fear now is what Brussels is requesting of the UK, that is why Boris wants to amend it and tbh he timed it perfectly, sublime move imho.

As i have stated before I’m not a fan of Con's or Lab, but i have to say the PM is probably going to get what he wants or No Deal either way he wins…..

UK / Swiss relationship couldn't be better, they have struck more deals recently, DYOR.
i do feel the UK will become more like the Swiss and is the correct way to go, but the UK Govt needs to be able to be free to back companies, innovation, etc...hence No Deal.

No that's not exactly it, the Swiss had been upfront in stating the EU should abide by the UK or else they, the Swiss may prefer to work with the UK as they feared what the EU was doing, asking of the UK…
