I think the tribes are concerned on keeping their 'casino' monopoly so if they can reach a compromise where Sports Betting is allowed but slots and Casino games are not allowed on line (ie Sky Casino etc) then we my be able to move forward. More alliances like this today and an update on Arizona Downs is the way to keep interest alive and a slow uptick on the SP

State Senator get involved again? He tried in 2020, but pulled his sports betting amendment proposal before it entered the appropriations phase. The 2023-24 legislative session begins on 5/12/22. Let's hope he does and manages to put an inclusive proposal together.

Just bought another £2k in my wife's ISA

If I'm going to have to wait another 24 months then I better start buying more. Just bought £900 worth and will keep adding as and when I can with profits from other shares (if I make any). Would be wrong to divert anymore 'direct' capital into the share as I've already invested over £88000

My break even is 3.6p luckily for not a lot of money. Have written it off as I'm not sure they'll achieve anything. They could however change their name every month and get a 25% lift

I've been trading MMAG for the past few months now, making a nice 20-25%. Went back in on 28/10/22 at 9.6p and set a sell at 20p. I'd been watching BEN for a while and foolishly on the 10/11/22 - 8 DAYS AGO - I sold MMAG for 12.2p and moved into BEN. We have been up for sale for a while now

Yes much better day today. Got in on 2/11/22 at £13.34 and was happy to see it hot £14.45 only for it to retreat back into a loss. Today has turned that around a bit and hopefully we can move forward and creep back to £14.50 and beyond

Unless I've got the wrong Companies on Companies House MBU Capital are in liquidation. and Bluestar Global Capital have Shareholders Funds of around £6 miliion. Not sure how a company with shareholders funds of £6million can lend another company so much money as to place a charge on £42 million of shares valued at 19.75 each?

I would think 1p is on the cards unless the Board throw us a curved ball when they announce the results. Sports betting is legal in Arizona so hopefully they can work out a way to profit from that and increase profits organically until 2024. It looks like I'm holding (AND WORKING !!!!!!) for another 2 years

So it seems certain both Proposition 26 & 27 will fail in this years ballot. Where does that leave Webis? Will the legislative route be reactivated or is it tuck the shares in the bottom drawer and come back in 2024 when the next ballot is scheduled?

Tyla - Thanks for the concern but I'm ok still have a lot left and better off than a lot of people. Went back to work to stop me spending all day dealing shares and CFD's and basically losing money. Had a great first 'tax' year of 'retirement' netting around £65k but lost that 2021/22 and a bit more (mainly on CMC Markets). Have a decent job now - started in July , not stressful and have managed to kerb my 'investing' to shares, short and long term. Webis is my big play have 2.7 million shares bought at various prices so hopefully they'll come in for me and if they don't then hey ho

Lost a fortune on them about £9k - bought on CMC markets. Down around £50k using CFD' s to trade - had to go back to work before I lost all my company disposal cash. Stopped doing that after the THG debacle and now only buy and sell shares 'normally' - some long term like Webis & Estee Lauder and some short term - this weeks are Europa Oil and Gas (in at 1.349) and Darktrace today (in at 289.79)

In at 12.85 out at 14.424 and in at 9.2 out at 10.22

I personally think this is a share to trade. In a market this volatile its nice to have cash and dip in and out. Problem is judging the low point. I've been in and out twice since 26/9 and its getting down to my first buy in price. However I'm not tempted to get back in yet
