It’s like buying a car for £10k paying it in two payments of £5k and then you telling me the car has actually been sold for £5k... the final amount is still the same - if I decide not to pay you the second £5k how much have you received for the car?

In my opinion the can has been kicked down the road (market currently seems to agree with me) - and hopefully we will get the deal which we all want in January.

Also please retract your 'clown' statement - it will make me feel better

Re-read October RNS and you are correct about the $40 million , this hasn't changed. The only change is , as stated, of the initial payment only $2.5millionis now non-refundable as compared to $10 million originally.

Therefore , in my eyes (glass half full) - the can has been kicked to the 31/1/21

Deal was originally $10million non refundable has dropped to $2.5 million. Also the full amount was initially $60+ million, need to check but is now $50 million. Not a material change - hmmm

My interpretation of the RNS is only 2.5 is non- refundable. The balance has to be paid 0n 31/1/21 , doesn't mean it will be

Always difficult to buy/sell at qty. Currently 500,000 shares is too many. That's why it's difficult to sell on the hype (pump) like this morning and buy back in the afternoon. Happy with my holding although I don't think it will move, significantly< until this time next year

I'm out - sold this morning for a very small profit. Made a good amount on RMS (should have been more) and lost about £500 in IQAI. I can't trust the Board, especially TB, and I won't invest in anything else he's involved in

Tecknick - I take your point - but he only crossed the threshold by converting a loan and owed interest into shares and thereby profiting from the price increase (Loans converted at 2p - shares sold for 14p) - £1.46 million

Trevor is 70+ years old.
On the 11/11/20 he converted £220000 worth of loans and interest into 11,000,000 IQAI shares. On the same day (or the day before) he sold 10,450,030 IQAI shares at 14p (£1.46 million).

He does seem to sell shares , of companies he is a director (in this case CEO) at a reasonably high price to see that price retract soon after.

I would have to disagree with Part 3 of your statement. What Director wouldn't know his MAJOR piece of kit wasn't arriving in the month it was supposed to BEFORE the 26th of the month. Really wouldn't you have been chasing this up every day from the beginning of the month

Already £350 up , so could trade and say 'that was a nice hours work' - Have a sell limit at 98p in place , so will let it ride for a while

I always trawl the RNS's every morning and read this and thought ' well that's not too bad but it's not great - may be a little drop' and I moved on. Saw a 50% drop and did a quick bit of research and thought - I'll have a bit of that. Price should have dropped maybe 10/15%
