Philpot - there was a quick drop to 960 but bounced off this. I wonder if this bottom?

Branson - was hoping this would bounce back to 220-230 and then go back into pmo. I sold pmo for 102 so made a profit. If pmo gets to 70 I have cash to buy or top up here but wasn't looking to do that poo at 67 so switch off time and come back next week..

Philpot - never saw 1500points of the Dow although recovered a bit. If I saw that I would have sold rather Than topped up. I still have 60% funds to top up once thing settle down. Switch off day tomorrow. Lol

Branson - in with avg 199. Thought that was good but not looking good now with the Dow falling off another cliff tonight. Lol. What is your avg?

Philpot - looks like sell off continuing....could be another difficulty day.

Philpot - global sell off makes it difficult to judge if 1000 is bottom. I think the fall is less to do with the company but wider markets. That was second tranche. I have one left but won't use it unless it gets to 950 or lower. When I buy a share I divide purchase pot by three as I always expect price to drop as much as I expect to rise. Potentially smaller profit but have flexibility is things goes pear shaped.

Philpot - I think market will drop further and so will galliford. Top leve for me is another 2-3% lower. For me this could be a buying opportunity to get good quality share are bargain price. Looking at the pru and glencore. The latter I hoping to get in at least 4% lower than closing price

Pakka - we have a perfect storm.. Carillion and then capita. Ftse down (worst week in 6 months) and then on top of that Galliford has already said will need to take a another hit for Aberdeen and then of course brexit and the report that no scenario will benefit the economy. I am 10% down and will hold now but my top up will only happen once I see SP stabilise. With top ups I learnt not to catch a falling knife.

Philpot - it is beginning to look like the start of a market correction. Took some vod yesterday and bt today so at least I got some blue somewhere. Bought sprite yesterday hoping another bid comes in. Also Tempted by Babcock. They look sound and no massive debt or pension deficit.

Peeky - hope you are right and gl. Too Risky for me though

Phillpot - good luck. I was going to chuck another 5k in but the sp still hasn't established an up ward trend yet. Will wait. 10% down so a couple of pence missed is not going to make a bit difference.

This share price is getting silly now but all utilities have just continually fallen this eeek with no let up

Old timer - I don't short. I think it should be banned. Irrespective of the share price the company still functions but was it the shorters who allowed the debt to spiral and sign the loss making contracts. Your anger needs to be directed to the bod.

Old timer - why blame the shorters they don't run the company. Blame bod they caused the debt, oversaw bad contracts etc.

I don't think I would buy in until I know the RI price. Shares ussaully fall to level or below anyway. You never know they may set price higher than current price if supportted by the banks as athey need to rises almost their market cap. Interserve falling because they need to raise cash as well though ri or d4e.

Think the shorters were caught out. @ only 4% I don't think they expected this tank. Recovery action plan in place so not sure if shorters will load up on shorts now as damage already done.
