Anyone get the impression this is being walked up for the next placing...
Before anyone says it... long term holder (milestone days) and need about 500% to break even.
Not my style really, although my style isn't working in this instance lol.
Gut is telling me that this is done. All they have to do is wait and not publish the accounts, then we'll be cancelled, people will lose money and in a years time it'll just be one of those investments to "learn from". Can't believe I fell for the whole process again.
..Guy on LinkedIn to see if he had any thoughts about whether I'd see my money again, messaged a week ago, still no reply. Bye bye money. So happy I continued to average down after those proactive interviews.
We definitely don't.
Hi All, forgive me if this is simple, lse showing 38m shares in issue and mk of about 33k... is this consolidation without consolidation? Ie legwork put in but never actually happened???
Hi all, been here since IPO and had sooo much fun along the way...
Am I the only one who isn't completely destroyed by the news of consolidation? For me, the consolidation isn't the issue here, the share price being where it is is a joke, but the issue is the trust that consolidation isn't a prelude to an inevitable fundraise round the corner? That's what usually happens, admittedly but here, we've had it RNSd that in the middle of the year we were sat on 3.6m cash (dollar again) and since then we've had warrants executed, we've increased our percentage in a number of opportunities.
So here's the ultimate question. Is consolidation for a good or bad reason? What's to say that they've approached third parties for funding for Aus but they have certain parameters regarding MK or SP, so they consolidate, release good news about progress, SP goes up, a large lending facility is put in place, we go up some more, they raise again at a premium and we hit that mid-tier goal.
Or ... they dilute the **** out if us and my faith in mankind once again dwindles. :)
Do we think is selling at those kinds of prices. Can't be any profit in it for them, so someone unloading just to get rid?
I think even if it's not good news, how low can we go here. We're approaching 0.1 again and if it breaks that it'll be make or break time, but really feels like failure is priced in despite the massive positives that have happened over the last year. Does someone know something we don't. If I had loads of money I'd but loads of shares lol
Anyone else getting worried / questioning this? A few days before the RNS which stated they had encountered water, we dropped then too... Long term investor, no agenda, recently got my hopes up by accident!!!
Appreciate the reply Sweaty, with you on being more cynical now than in the past. With regards to "it being quite sad", in hindsight that sounds aimed at you, its a generalisation, like I said, if this comes good it will change my life, 1p and I've got a new house for example (with a bit of a mortgage etc). Appreciate the cynicism though, without it you'd believe you'll be a millionaire overnight!!
Sweaty, I can assure you there was no intended deramp earlier. Its quite sad that someone can't just be taken at face value. I've been here since the start, initially it was my second soiree into the share game. Been a rough ride at times but with this one, I've lways kept faith with JB and AC as they seem like genuine guys just trying to make it work, says a lot about a share I feel. They've made mistakes along the way, one of which may have been learned from and practiced in today's news, I.e. not too much hype out there without being able to back it up, very subdued I feel although I do like that approach providing the end news is good. My point earlier was merely cynical about the rhetoric used, a balanced opinion based on years of averaging down to a comfortable place. I better than anyone want/need this to come good. If we ever get anywhere near some of the predictions on this board, it will change my life and dare I say it, recently I've begun to believe that it just might happen...good luck everyone.
Nobody else cynical here? Begs the question, why pay for more if they've found what they need? What follow up work exactly? Assuming Rns today about presentation. Maybe that'll answer. Worst this is... 145 isn't priced in yet if its bad news we'll still drop. Not a deramp, just opinion of someone who's lived through ipo, pine Mills, jars of oil, 50p. 20p. 1p. 0.1p. Amd somehow still a believer...!
Coming? Over half mc in cash? Not a pump... just curious about opinions!
Anyone else annoyed about the "consulting with the government" stuff... beginning to think my money is gone here!
1.5p is a mc of about 57m. That ain't happening any time soon... Happy happy happy to be proven wrong!
Valid point Krusty... I obviously timed my entry well today....! Typical. Just feels like something bigger is coming. Good luck all lth.
Thanks both.
So assuming that covid has played its part in any delays, as it has across the world, given the statement regarding blue cap being achieved following trials in 2019, if things get moving we could be close. You guys been invested for long?
Hi all, been quietly watching this one from the sidelines for years now, interested in taking a position however haven't taken the plunge yet, was wondering if somebody would answer a couple of questions if they have time.
Firstly, in terms of the blue cap status, from what I can find when the process was amended a few years back, it was to make it smoother and more efficient. Also from what I can find, to achieve this status shouldn't take anymore than a couple of years, but we're approaching 5 years in this quest? Have I got that right or does someone have a take on why it hasn't happened yet?
Financially, their situation is improving and has been for years although on a slow basis, so another placing looks imminent when there's only 150k left in the bank. From history their doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to when these happen, although .7 to .75 looks like a safe bet.
Thirdly, does anyone have any views about the potential here. A 20m cap is nothing in reality in the scheme of things, but given the firm grip that majors have on a market such as this, do people think its plausible that we would be able to jump in and steal marketshare here. The benefits of the product seem to have a huge potential market across the globe, however again is it actually viable for this to emerge as a viable business?
Any thoughts are welcomed!
Been digging around for months trying to find something... anything.. to convince me that this isn't a wild goose chase, others feel free to critique the link, however the VSTE post from earlier, digging through it, it was talking about a possible joint venture with Prometheus medical (admittedly I didn't look at the dates and now don't want to lol). Digging into prometheus, their medical director is a guy called Richard Lyon: https://www.prometheusmedical.co.uk/about-us/prometheus-people
Bha medical advertise the same guy as their only 'medical advisor'.

Meaningful link, or coincidental rubbish?
SenatorBoomtime - can I ask what it was that attracted you to Catenae in 2019? It wasn't the most appealing of prospects back then, multiple placings, without looking I'm fairly certain they were in serious danger of going under. Big risk...
