Hi I'm in ii trading and from the start the buy and sell has been broke they said and they are trying to fix it but as of yet it's still broke and it says ring to trade this stock and when you ring it says alls they can do is buy at the lowest price even when it was 12p up the other day I still got quoted the lowest price 13p under

What's happened we get a broker upgrade and the price drops

Why cant you buy or sell and why do you have to ring a broker and last but least when the share goes up why doesn't it reflect that on the buy or sell price...any explanation would be helpful thanks..
