Yes, now will be a very good time to release the trading update especially since the broker has upgraded POG. I have a feeling it might be Monday if the judge rules against the mafia.

owls everyone has their trading strategy, I was wishing I sold mine when it hit 25p. I guess sometimes we are long term holders or day traders. GLA.. hopefully 28p today and on positive news maybe 32p.

what is really annoying is that gold is sky high and we are sitting at 25.50p when we should be 40p plus. Does anyone think that the board rules were breached by the mafia ? any hot shot lawyer on here who has a gut instinct about this type of board room struggle ?

I think in this case the judge wants to be fair to both parties and wants both parties to present their final closing statements. It depends of the judge feels that if the rules were manipulated by the Russian mafia or bent by the mafia in order for them to take control by skulduggery or Machiavellian type strategy and if the judge feels there was any conspiracy then I think the judge will rule in POGs favour and against the mafia... thoughts ?

Update on Court Hearing



Further to the announcement made by Petropavlovsk on 7 July 2020, an adjourned court hearing was held at 14:00 yesterday in respect of an application made by Everest Alliance Limited ("Everest"), which holds approximately 7.5% of the Company's ordinary shares, that Peter Hambro, Alya Samokhvalova, Angelica Phillips and Johnny Martin Smith (the "Temporary Directors") were not validly appointed as directors of the Company and therefore should be removed as directors of the Company.



Following yesterday's adjourned court hearing, a confidential draft determination has been submitted to both parties for comment. The Company expects that a final ruling will be made later today, at which time the Company will make an announcement.



Pending final ruling, the Court has extended the restrictions noted in the Company's announcement of 2 July 2020, namely that the Company and the board are temporarily prevented from holding any board meeting or (in the case of any director) from acting as a director of the Company without giving at least 24 hours' notice in writing to Everest, save in limited circumstances.
